Today marked the day I started Phase IV - Conditioning and Plys. 
I got my ass handed to me today. This was the before happy shot. My bedraggled, tired ass shot….just didn’t happen. 
This was leg day:
Lateral lunges with leg lift 30/ leg
Spiderman pushup x 30 s
Mountain climbers x 30 s
Scissor jump lunges x 1 min
Mountain climbers with pushups x 2 min
Squat jumping back and forth x 2 min
Jump squats x 80
30 squat and press
10 1 legged burpees per leg
frog jumps x 2 min.
DEEEATHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Really wasn’t feeling egg whites or oatmeal.. So I did 3/4
Cup no fat cottage cheese, 1/2 small apple, 4 sliced grapes and 1/4 cup blubes with cinnamon.. Mmmmm #healthy

Q: Sorry if these are too many questions but what kind of weight machines did you use at the gym? Also how long were your gym sessions and how many times a week did you go for? You're a true importation btw xx
